Elathéο began in a very simple way — by helping my husband get dressed.
He is Greek, detail-driven, and deeply aware of how clothing shapes presence. Over the years, I spent many hours with him in shops, choosing shirts, chinos, jackets, shoes. Through those moments, I learned how colour combinations work, how proportions matter, how small choices create a complete look.
I also noticed something missing.
When it came to pocket squares, the options rarely felt considered. Many were too loud, too decorative, or disconnected from the rest of the outfit.
With a background in sewing, I began making them at home for him - carefully choosing fabrics, adjusting sizes, refining edges. What started as a practical solution slowly became a passion.
On a friend’s birthday, I gifted a personalised set of pocket squares chosen to reflect his personality. His reaction was immediate and genuine. It wasn’t about fashion - It was about feeling understood.
That moment stayed with me.
I began studying pocket squares properly : stitching styles, hand-rolled edges, fabric behaviour, balance, weight, and drape. I explored how linen, silk, and cotton each express a different mood. I tested proportions again and again until every piece felt natural rather than forced.
Elathéο was created from that process.
Not to follow trends.
Not to decorate outfits.
But to support self-expression through small, thoughtful details.
I believe men express character through restraint. Through precision. Through pieces that do not demand attention, yet quietly complete the whole.
Elathéο is for those men.
Inspired by a Greek man.
Created by a woman who learned style through patience, observation, and care.
This is not about fashion.
It is about how small details help someone feel more like themselves.
